The Beginnings
of AlShair Group
Since 1979, AlShair Group, established by Dr.Talal Al-Shair - later joined by his brothers Mostafa and Walid Al-Shair in 1982 and 1985, respectively - has been providing the world with a revolutionary product (Fiberglass), made locally with natural materials, that guarantees sustainability while providing the look of refined style. Creatively utilizing sand and petrochemical resources of the Kingdom, AlShair Group has expanded its offerings to include furnishings, industrial and municipal products, evolving into an electric corporation that produces and invests in the production of a plethora of different products and materials intended to solve some obstacles faced in everyday life through innovative and attainable methods.

Excutive Chairman of AlShair Group
Dr. Talal serves as Chairman of AlShair Group, Chairman of Cristal Global, and is the Vice-Chairman and board member, and head of the Management Committee of the National Industrialization Co. (TASNEE). He is a former Medina Regional Council member and the former Chairman of the Yanbu Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Dr. Talal is responsible for creating many major green fields and innovative projects and start-up companies in Saudi Arabia, which have developed successfully into domestic, regional, and international enterprises.
Mostafa Ali H. Al-Shair

Chairman of Shairco for real estate Development
Sh. Mostafa Ali H. Al-Shair holds a BSc. in Business Administration from Hasson College, USA. He is a member of the Foreign Trade and Contractor Committees of the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce. Sh. Mostafa is heavily involved in developing family-owned real estate projects in KSA and abroad. He was instrumental in broadening the Shairco Trading activities through developing the General Electric Plastic - Lexan business in the Middle East.
Walid Ali H. Al Shair
Co-Owner & C.E.O. of AlShair Group
Walid Ali H. Al Shair holds a B.S. in Engineering from North Carolina State University. Eng. Walid is the co-owner and the C.E.O. of AlShair Group. His previously held positions include a seat in the Saudi Council of Engineers and the Airport Council International. Eng. Walid has been instrumental in growing and diversifying the business for 25 years in various roles, including Manufacturing, Marketing, and General Management.
